Q. I am a MAC user, do MYOB have a product for a MAC?

A. They certainly do, it is called AccountEdge (Mac) and it comes on the student edition software for MYOB version 19

Q. I have not been able to complete the BAS reports as detailed in unit 12.  The error message that appears is Account Edge was unable to find the MYOB BASlink.app application.  To run MYOB BASlink.app reinstall accounted from the installation CD.

A. The student needs to use the software from the ‘applications’ folder.  What I believe the student has done, is make a shortcut icon (which has been dragged) to the desktop and the BASLink or even customised forms will not work because it is only using a copy of the software not the initial load of the software.
