Elizabeth has been a MYOB consultant since 2004.  She saw a need for providing easy to use, quality training and assessment resources.  From this need she established OfficeLink Learning, which has become a leading provider of training resources to TAFE and RTOs across Australia.

Paul Watson

Paul has over 16 years training experience in training development and instructional design beginning with 13 years experience in the banking industry working on many training and development projects and support areas.
His writing and training experience was enhanced by three years working at a training college writing materials for and training in both accredited and non accredited training packages.
Paul is currently studying for his Bachelor of Arts – Sociology Major at Griffith University in Brisbane.

Donella Roberts

Donella has extensive and diverse professional training management experience in Australia and internationally within both the financial services and hospitality sectors. 
She has been successful in management roles such as National Learning and Development Manager in the Finance Sector and Training and Quality Manager in the Hospitality Sector.
Donella’s experience is further enhanced with qualifications including: Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems, Diploma of Management, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Donella has developed and facilitated a vast array of professional training programs and workshops for audiences of all levels, with many of the materials written/delivered aligned with AQTF competency units and qualifications. 
Her ability to develop quality training materials has been recognised through professional accreditation, industry recognition and awards for training programs she has written.

Jacqui Petersen

Jacqui has over 20 years experience teaching and has three degrees in education. She has trained in a wide range of environments for adults, from beginner to advanced.
She has also organised and presented courses and seminars for both business, corporate and government sectors.
Jacqui has expanded her passion for teaching into the development of training resources as manuals and online learning modules. This has encompassed developing both accredited and non-accredited training programs.

Michael Hanrahan

Michael brings 13 years experience to OfficeLink Learning in the area of business and finance and has worked with many of Australia’s major publishers. His experience is supported by a Graduate Diploma in Writing and Editing from Deakin University in Victoria.
Michael is responsible for proofreading all documentation for our Training and Assessment Resource Kits.
His keen eye checks the following:
Spelling, grammar and punctuation
Readability and clarity of explanations
Consistency of language and concepts
Australian legislations

Jane Henderson

Jane is responsible for ensuring OfficeLink Learning Training Resources are aligned to the current AQTF 2007 training packages.
She brings her 7 years experience working with RTOs to OfficeLink Learning to ensure we maintain quality in every aspect of our work.
