Resources need to be easy for the trainee to follow, the trainer to deliver and obviously need to be compliant. Like all resources, some are easier to find than others. We have had a hard time finding resources for the financial services industry. They were either pitched far too high for the trainee to understand or watered down and inappropriate, some can also take weeks to arrive.
